Our Story

Built on a belief that coffee should be taken seriously — and enjoyed without pretense.

Longbow Coffee Co. started as a one-person obsession: finding the right roast, the right grind, the right pour. What grew from that was something we're still proud of every morning — a coffee shop where the craft is evident but the atmosphere is completely relaxed.

Our beans are sourced from farms that practice sustainable agriculture, roasted in small batches right here in Salado, and pulled by baristas who remember your name and your order. We bake our pastries from scratch every morning because nothing compares to a croissant that's been in the oven for less than four hours.
